Route 32

Route 32 is the route that connects Violet City, Union Cave, and The Ruins of Alph. Most of Route 32 is blocked off until you have beaten the Violet City Gym Leader and after you have obtained the egg from the Violet City Mart.

Pokemon Center
Very rarely are Pokemon Centers located in routes. Route 32 is one of those rare routes. The Pokemon Center is located near the end of the route to prepare you for Union Cave.
Union Cave
Union Cave is a cave that connects Route 32 and Route 33. It is located near the end of Route 32 with a Pokemon Center to the right of it. It also contains a catchable Lapras once you're able to Surf.
Wild Pokemon
One pokemon available here which can be a great asset is Mareep, the electric sheep Pokemon, who's last evolution is Ampharos. The Mareep evolution line has great Special Attack, when combined with it's STAB Electric attacks like Thundershock (for early game) or Thunderbolt (for later game) and it's useful Static ability (which has a chance to Paralyse when it's directly hit), makes it a good asset to most teams. With this Pokemon, you can sail through the first Gym with ease.
