Walkthrough
With the flash is easier but for the ones that don´t have it:
1 - Climb the stairs and got left. 2 - Stairs down 3 - Get to the right side wall and keep going up until you hit a wall. Go right until you see 2 rocks together north and a rock climb place south. Go nort and behind the 2 rocks (it´s a small passage but you can get there). Go north and left. 4 - You will see some rock smashable rocks and on the middle of that plateau there will be a stair up. 5 - Up the stairs and go right. At the end of the wall go up. The go to the north wall and go left through a small stair up and down. (there is a super potion on the other side... the way to get it is using the stairs a little down). Then you will se another hole with stairs down. Go Down. 6 - Then go right but not down from the upper stairs, go 3 steps forward and you will see another stair down on the right. Then right(down and up) all the way. Go until you hit a wall the follow that wall until you see a stairs down. Get down and get a PP up on the end of that path. Go back the same way. 7- After getting up just go to the north wall and go right (you need to be against the wall so you get the to the right side). You will pass through 2 smaller rocks, 2 bigger ones and 2 smaller ones. After you see those ones, you need to get down and left right on that rocks. 8- Go until you find again the first 2 smaller rocks and a wall. Go south all the way and you will find a stairs up. Go up. 9- Go north and left and you will see the exit to the path that will take you to the powerplant. And you will need to return here a later on when you have the Rock Climb.
Trainers
To the powerplant there are no trainers to fight. But you need flash to get a better look into the tunnel.
