National Park

National Park is a Place where you can catch pokemon to win some prizes. When the contest is not on you can get a Quick Claw from the woman that has a Persian on the right of the entrance. On the back of the park there is a Soothe Bell to the right. To the left there is TM28 - Dig on the small patch between the trees on the left.
On Saturdays, Tuesday and Thursday you can talk with the Purple guy on the entrance to enter the bug catching contest.
You can only take 1 pokemon so it will be the first one you have on your team (the one that is travelling with you). You have 20 pokeballs to catch the better pokemon that you can get.
Go into the grass to fight them. It´s a normal catch.
Caterpie, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedril, Venonat, Scyther and Pinsir (around Lv 10 to Lv 20)are there.
You can lose to a wild pokemon like when you lose to a trainer. So take care and run if you are on the brick of been killed (caterpie bug bite and Beedril fury attack can kill you really fast until level 25)
You can catch a pokemon that you think can get you good points to win some prizes anytime. Just go to the entrances and talk with the purple guy and go to the score board. Catch a Scyther (this one can get you a win even if he is around level 12 or 13), a Pinsir level 15, Or a Beedril level 17. Those ones can get you a podium place)
