Cinnabar Island - Destroyed

Cinnabar Island has been completely destroyed by a volcano prior to the game's chronology. But you must go here to meet a trainer named Green (Blue in the English version) and talk to him so that he returns to Viridian City for the 16th Gym Battle. After you get the 16th badge and get Rock Climb from Prof Oak this island will have more things to explore.
